🌟 Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

🔄 Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for the same item in case of sizing issues or defects. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Sale items marked “final sale”

📦 Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
